启梦 / QiMeng
启梦（QiMeng）是一款用 AI 生成短视频并公开发布的应用，由个人开发者刘天彬运营。
我们绝对禁止一切儿童性虐待与性剥削（CSAE）内容与行为，
包括由 AI 生成或改绘的。应用内的作品、评论、弹幕都带举报入口，
其中有专门的「涉及未成年人」一项，这一类举报优先进入人工复核。

QiMeng (启梦) is an app for generating and publishing short videos with AI, operated by
Tianbin Liu, an individual developer. We
prohibit all child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and conduct,
including AI-generated and AI-edited material. Works, comments and danmaku each carry an
in-app report entry with a dedicated reason for content involving a minor, and those
reports are reviewed by a human ahead of all others. Child safety point of contact:
